How do you believe Siddhartha would feel about the way that Buddhism has developed over time?

Unfortunately, I'm not an expert on Buddhism today. We certainly are in a different era today and, as in the noble truths of Buddhism, things change. Would Siddhartha be happy with the changes? I suspect happiness would not be an issue with Siddhartha. Things simply just are the way they are. It is how one contends with them and seeks truth that is the key.
