What is the main idea of Shakespeare's Sonnet 35?

In Sonnet 35, the speaker addresses a sin committed by the Fair Youth that is lustful in nature. After speaking his peace, during which time, the Speaker takes on some of the responsibility for the Youth's actions, the Speaker tells him that his sin is forgiven.
