What does Sierra learn in chapter 32 about her mother?

I'm not sure she learns about mother in particular. She does discover he grandmother. Sierra starts speaking to someone with her eyes closed. Then she opens her eyes and sees that the person she is speaking to is her grandmother. She finds out that Lucera is her grandmother.
