Tatiana Ivashkov from Shadow Kiss is the current Moroi Queen. She has plans for Lissa though she does not reveal them. The only plan that the reader, and Lissa, become aware of is that she intends to marry Lissa to her nephew, Adrian. However, given this decision it is curious that she constantly accuses Lissa of being a 'blood whore' where Adrian is concerned.
