Christian Ozera from Shadow Kiss is Lissa's boyfriend. He was once part of the royal Moroi family, but when he converted to Strigoi he became a social outcast. This is partly why Lissa is attracted to him in the first place as they are both outcasts. Rose and he don't get along very well, but eventually make their peace.
