In, Season of Migration to the North, did Mustafa sa’eed killed Jean Morris?

Mustafa was admittedly Jean's murderer. Over the course of the text, we learn that Mustafa married Jean, merely because she wanted to be married. He had no interest in marriage and was actually involved with several other women.
