Allison Crutchfield from Scribbler of Dreams is Bram's mother and a widow. She is very wealthy and elegant. At first she welcomes Kaitlin into their home when she's dating Bram. However, when she learns Kaitlin's true identity, she throws her out. She is also plotting with the Malone foreman to poison the tomato crop.
