Describe Julia's trip to Drancy.

Julia finds that Drancy, which was once a internment camp is now low-income housing, and she is frustrated that no one seems to know the history of the site, or that people have decided not to remember what happened there. The curator at the museum there tells Julia that people either do not know or do not care about the history.
