Why did another war breakout between America and Britain in 1812?

After the revolution, the British were still located along the Great Lakes in Canada, causing great tension among American. Sometimes British ships would kidnap American sailors claiming they had deserted from the British Navy. Things got so bad another war erupted between the two sides called the War of 1812.
