Who is Otter Woman from Sacajawea and what is their importance?

Otter Woman was born a Lemhi Shoshone near the Three Forks region. When she was around fifteen-years-old, Otter Woman was kidnapped by a group of Hidatsa, or Minnetaree, Indians. Sacajawea was kidnapped alongside her. About a year after being taken captive, Otter Woman and Sacajawea were won in a gambling match by Toussaint Charbonneau, a Quebec-born trapper.
