Who is the antagonist in Romeo and Juliet by William Shakespeare?

I think every character, to varying extents, contributes to the downfall of the "star crossed" lovers. I think that ultimately it was Romeo and Juliet's tragic flaw, impulsive love without regard for danger, that was their undoing.
