What does Juliet mean by, "Your tributary drops belong to woe"?

Juliet is referring to the origin of her tears.... her tears for her cousin, now dead, and her tears for Romeo, who has been banished. In essence, her tears are representative of both her grief and her joy, here grief over Tybalt, her joy that Romeo is still alive, and in turn, her grief over Romeo's exile.
