Who is Gold Dust Twins, Frank and Larry from Rogue Warrior and what is their importance?

The Gold Dust Twins are friends Frank and Larry. Richard knows Larry from SEAL Team Two and Larry is close friends with Frank. When Larry joins SEAL Team Six, he has Richard agree to also bring Frank into the team. Gold Dust Larry also serves on the SEAL Team Six mission to Beirut, Lebanon.
