Who is Olivia Brenner from Roadwork?

Olivia is a hitchhiker, who Bart picks up on the road shortly after Mary leaves him. Bart immediately takes a liking to her and urges her to keep in contact, which she does. Before locking himself up in Crestallen house, Bart provided for Olivia by setting up a trust fund in her name.
