What is the plot of the book Replay by Ken Grimwood?

Replay is a novel about a dying man, who is destined to live his life over and over again, as he travels back in time. At the start of the novel, Jeff Winston is dying. At the time of his death, he reawakens to the time he was eighteen years old. Each cycle is comprised of twenty-five years, and during those twenty-five years periods, Jeff takes advantage of what he already knows about the future...... only to die again and repeat the cycle.
