Where does Tova find Marcellus and how does she quickly get him into some water in "The Eel RIng"?

After Tova finishes cleaning, she goes into Terry's office and leaves her key card there. As she crosses the lobby, she sees a crumpled brown object on the ground, right in front of the door. Then a tentacle flickers. She realizes it is Marcellus. He is too heavy for her to left, so she grabs her mop bucket and fills it with some water from his tank. Then she gives him a boos at he heaves himself over the rim of the bucket and plops into the cold water.
