Who is Rev Evan Hopkins from Rees Howells: Intercessor and what is their importance?

Rev. Evan Hopkins was the first speaker at the Llandrindod Convention. He spoke about the life of the Spirit and asked questions that made Rees think about who the Spirit is and what relationship he had in Rees' life. During Hopkins' description of the Holy Spirit, Rees saw a vision of the Holy Spirit and realized it was the Spirit that had been talking to him. After this, Rees experiences his personal Pentecost and is changed forever.
