Rats

I've purchased the study packs for 2 books I would like to use in my class, but I can't seem to get the whole 97 page study guide that I paid for. How do I get these? It's a little frustrating.

I have ordered the same study pack Rats and I cannot get the entire study guide. I do not have access to the chapter summaries. Did you find out how to get these?
