Importance of New Orleans, Louisiana

Outside of New Orleans, Nelson befriends BJ, a young transgender man who hopes to have reassignment surgery to become a woman. BJ dresses Nelson as a girl so that he might compete in a Britney Spears look-alike contest with her/him.
