Charley finally gives in to Miss Honey and agrees to allow Ralph to work on the farm. However, it was not something she wanted to do. Why did Charley decide to allow her brother, Ralph, to work with her on the farm?

Miss Honey insisted that Charley hire Ralph Angel..... and when she quoted scripture about a curse, Charley was afraid that she'd put a curse on the farm.
