How does Cameron meet Ethan?

Cameron buys an old camper and makes it to Sowell Bay. He parks in a parking lot near The Shop-Way. He goes inside to get coffee and something to eat from the deli attached to the grocery store. He gets to chatting with Ethan, and Ethan has Tanner make him a sandwich and coffee free gratis because Tanner needs the training. When Cameron returns to the camper, it has a flat, and Ethan offers to help him.
