How does Cameron feel after working at the aquarium?

Cameron hurts all over after working at the aquarium. He discovers that chopping up buckets of mackerel bait and hauling them all over the aquarium is no joke. His spine and lower back throb. There is a nasty knot under his left shoulder blade, and something pops in his neck every times he turns his head to the right.
