How does Thomas react to Molly's being married to Charlie?

After Charlie and Molly's marriage, Thomas tries his best to never be left alone with either of them. He doesn't spend any time with Molly and he no longer stays for drinks with Charlie at The Duke. At work, Thomas tries to take any assignment he can that will keep him away from his brother.
