What conversation do Silas and Marshal Farmer have after Silas gallops out of the bog?

Silas gallops out of the bog after seeing the dead people. When Marshal Farmer catches up to him, he is furious at Silas. Silas tells him that he saw a shadow and he thought it was a bear. Marshal Farmer tells him next time to tell him if he thinks he sees a predator. He warns Silas that if he gets too far ahead of him, he will not go looking for him. Silas promises that he will not ride ahead like that again.
