How does Dillard relate the season, spring, to language?

The concept of spring ties together the stories about languages and that of the bird songs. Spring is a time of new beginnings, because nature has to relearn how to create. Likewise, Dillard has to relearn how to speak when she learns another language, such as French or the language of bird song, and she must start at the beginning.
