will happen later in the story. On page 119, Marji and her parents have a conversation. In

what way(s) does that conversation foreshadow the events of the last chapter?

Marji and her parents have a conversation about a child's needs, when a child needs or doesn't need their parents anymore. Marji's father is discussing the departure of Taher's son's departure (a young teen), and Marji's mother is warning her against wearing the nail polish that could get her arrested. This scene of rebellion foreshadows Marji later being sent to Austria to keep her safe.
