What is good about the location where Pax, Bristle, and Runt are staying in Chapter 25?

The location where Pax, Bristle, and Runt are staying is a good location. Althought it is near the encampment, it is high enough above it to feel safe from the exploding earth near the river. Juniper bushes provide cover and help disguise the foxes' scents. There is a spring nearby, and the grass is full of game.
