How did Uncle Tony give Patina the idea that she should become a runner?

Three years ago Uncle Tony gave Patina the idea that she should become a runner. They were celebrating her dad's birthday and they were telling stories about him. Uncle Tony said that Ronnie, Patina's father, was so proud of Patina when she started running. Ronnie would send Tony videos every day of her running. Patina had not thought about running before even though she was faster than most of the boys in the class. But what he said made her decide to become a runner.
