Reth (Lorethan) from Paranormalcy is a Seelie faerie (good faerie) who has been forced to work for the IPCA. His real name is known by the humans and as such they can command anything from him. Heresents this, but is somewhat soothed by the fact that he's near Evie. He has an obsession with her and tries to abduct her or force liquid flames inside of her. Everyone thinks that this is a bad thing, but in reality, he's giving her a piece of his soul when he does. It turns out that he's doing this to save her as without this special kind of soul, she is vulnerable. He actually cares for her in his own way.
