Describe the meeting between Alex, Milo and Skaggs.

Alex and Milo decide to go speak with Skaggs about the fight that occurred in his diner between two bikers and Ernie Radovic. Alex and Milo ask Skaggs if he has seen Jamey, Digby or Gary; Skaggs says he hasn't. Skaggs does tell them that he did meet Jack Cadmus years ago and that Jack had a book that he refused to show to anyone; Alex and Milo assume the book was Jack's diary.
