Who is Anna Kracha from Out of This Furnace and what is their importance?

Anna Kracha is George and Elena's third daughter, who is born at the camp in Plymouth. She marries and remains in the Braddock area throughout her life. After Mary's death, her daughter Agnes goes to live with Anna.
