How is there a potential new beginning for BOTH Molly and Vivian?

Molly has the opportunity to do her community service and make a new friend. Through Vivian, Molly will come to understand that she can find a place she belongs, and that she can experience a kind of love and acceptance she'd never known before.... simply be being herself.

Vivian, on the other hand, will have the opportunity to rid herself of the ghosts and nightmares of her past. Vivian was used and abused, she experienced great loss, and she held onto secrets that need never have been kept. Through Molly, Vivian also attains a kind of freedom that she's never experienced, and in the end, she accepts herself.
