Origin
What is the climax in the novel, Origin?
.
.
In this novel, there is not one, but three different climaxes that come before the reader reaches the end of the text. The first climax comes when Kirsch is killed just before he is able to present his information about the origin and destiny of humankind.
As the presentation is launched and the world learns that Kirsch believed humans had a positive future in store for them living blended lives with technology, a second climax is reached. There is a denouement as Langdon and Ambra rejoice that they were able to launch the presentation and that their lives are no longer in danger.
A third climax, one of a more sinister nature, comes when Langdon realizes that Winston was behind all of the death, conspiracy, and destruction surrounding Kirsch’s murder and launch of his presentation.
