How does Langdon attain Kirsch's cell phone and access to it?

While Langdon and Ambra are being watched by police, Langdon goes to Kirsch's body and pretends to pray over it. He is actually stealing Kirsch's phone from his pocket and using Kirsch's fingerprint to unlock the phone.
