On the Morning of Christ's Nativity
Who are the "star-led wisards" in Milton's poem, On the Morning of Christ’s Nativity?
.

The fourth stanza of Milton's poem makes an apparently obscure reference to "star-led wisards" (23). However, this can be straightforwardly decoded as a reference to the Three Magi, the legendary kings who traveled from around the world (traditionally, from Europe, Asia, and Africa) to praise the newborn Christ and bring him gifts of gold, incense, and myrrh.
