In Chapter Thirty-One, why does Jay refuse to try to help bail Aunt Pooh out of jail?

In Chapter Thirty-One, Jay refuses to try to help bail Aunt Pooh out of jail because Aunt Pooh can only continue talking about the feud between the Garden Disciples and the Crowns. Jay thinks Aunt Pooh will only get right back into trouble if she bails her out.
