What does Olga do when a server falls and makes a mess?

A server falls and makes a mess at the Blumenthal Party. Olga happens to know him, and she bends down and helps him up. Then she goes to the tent where drinks and food have been coming from and starts issuing orders. She emerges with staff with mops and others just picking things up.
