How does Olga stop an argument between Prieto and Reggie King?

At the fundraiser during a Q & A, Reggie King starts asking questions about Prieto's decision to cancel the oversight hearings for the board implementing the austerity measure in Puerto Rico. As Reggie ramps up, Olga goes to Reggie and she says, "Gentlemen" loud enough for everyone to hear. Then she says that she encourages the men to discuss the issues during the reception.
