This novel is told from the first-person point of view of both Fallon and Ben. Consider Fallon’s opening sentence: “I wonder what kind of sound it would make if I were to smash this glass against the side of his head” (3). Fallon refers to herself as “I” (3) indicating that she is speaking of herself in the first-person point of view.
