What does Clare realize about Liz after they visit, in "Chapter 5"?

Clare realizes Liz is just as racist as the white supremacist protesters, even if she is not as obvious about it. Clare thinks Liz doesn't realize it, or act on it, but that the things that have created Liz's history and vision of history are racist.
