Which do you think is the most frightening ministry? Do they not exist today?

This is asking for your opinion. I consider the Ministry of Love to be most frightening. How can a government body impose what love is? The Ministry of love controls who you love, when you love, and offspring that might be produced from that "love". The whole concept is very scary. How does one even define love?
