In the Prologue, how does the narrator say that everyone remembers September 11?

The narrator says that everyone says that September 11 was a perfect day. The sky was a beautiful blue with a couple of fluffy clouds. It was warm. The air was still and clear with no humidity. There was just enough breeze to let you know that you were outside.
