Who is Tony and what does he offer Kiara?

Tony is one of the guys who goes to Cole's recording studio. Kiara asks him to watch out for her when she prostitutes herself. He does, but he asks her if he had a real job and savings if she would let him take care of her like a man takes care of a woman.
