Who answers the door when ConaLee knocks at the asylum?

ConaLee knocks at the asylum door. A tall man with broad shoulders opens the door. He is dressed almost like a train conductor. He has a patch that covers his left eye and a scar underneath. He tells them his name is O'Shea and he is the night watchman.
