How does Molly get her revenge on Riviera?

Although Riviera is likely killed by Hideo, Molly has already sealed his fate. Molly has been poisoning Riviera's drugs with a chemical that causes a slow, fatal paralysis similar to Parkinson's disease. The chemical was created by the same person who sells the drugs that Riviera needs.
