Who is Suzie Flowers from My Year of Meats and what is their importance?

Suzie Flowers is the first housewife showcased on My American Wife! under Jane's supervision. During the filming of Suzie's episode, her husband tells her that he has been having an affair with a cocktail waitress. Suzie is heartbroken and Jane feels as though she is responsible for this disaster. Suzie continually calls Jane throughout the novel but Jane avoids her in fear that she wants to see and complain about the visual and audio affects the director added to her episode. However in the end, Jane learns that Suzie credits Jane and the show for saving her marriage and not ruining it.
