Who is Oh from My Year of Meats and what is their importance?

Oh is the cameraman assigned to film episodes of My American Wife! with Jane. Oh is a quiet and unassuming man who watches more than he participates in what is going on around him. Jane believes that Oh is unobservant and that his inability to look Sloan in the eye on the few occasions when they meet will keep him from knowing about Jane's relationship with Sloan. However, Oh is more observant that Jane knows. In fact, Oh and Suzuki are both very aware of the relationship between Jane and Sloan and are instrumental in helping her reunite with Sloan at the end of the novel.
