What does Sam tell Matt when Matt asks to borrow a coat?

Sam tells Matt that his house is pretty far from where they are. He tells Matt that he lives on the Gribley farm and just comes down now and then to hunt with the falcon. Then he says that they might be able to find an old horse blanket or something in one of the deserted barns near by.
