How did Sam find the old Gribley farm?

Sam went to the library and told the librarian that he wanted to find the old Gribley farm. She found old maps, histories, and files of letters and deeds. Finally she found it in an old book of Delaware County. She worked out the roads to it, and drew Sam maps and everything.
