Although the narrator often receives compliments on her hair, she tells no one where she gets her hair done because when she first visited the establishment, she told the stylist her secret about her former lover.

No, when she visited the salon she gave the hairdresser the name Grace in attempts to cosplay as Grace Kelly that day. Visiting various salons and making up fake personas was a common practice for the narrator when she would get her hair done. She kept going back to the one she pretended to be Grace, and she had also made up a whole story to go with it, so she could not refer her friends because her cover would be broken.
